If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, please follow the steps below:
- Head to edrolo.com.au/account/password/reset/
- Enter the email address associated with your Edrolo account
- We will send you an email allowing you to reset your password!
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this email.
If you use the Department of Education to log into your Edrolo account, you can reset your password via the Department of Education Portal’s password reset link here.
If you have not received your password reset email within 2 hours, you may not be using the same email address that is associated with your Edrolo account. Attempting the password reset process using a different email address may resolve this problem.
Once you have successfully logged in, you can follow this article to update your email address.
If you are still having trouble resetting your password, it may be that your account has not yet been activated. To activate your account, please follow the steps in this article.
