- Go to my.propertyme.com.
- From the login page, click "Forgot password?".
- Enter your login email address.
- Click "Send Me the Link".
- Log into your email account.
- Open the password reset email from PropertyMe.
- Didn't receive the email? See Not Receiving Password Reset Email for steps.
- Click "Reset your PropertyMe account password now".
- The link will open a new tab in your default web browser.
- If the link has expired, repeat steps 1 - 7.
- Enter your new password.
- Enter your password again to ensure it has been entered correctly.
- Click "Set New Password".
- You will receive an email confirming the password change. You can now log into your Owner Access account with your new password.
