When are withdrawals processed?

Withdrawals are paid Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

If your withdrawal request is received by 4PM Sydney Time your withdraw will be processed the same day.

If your withdrawal request is received after 4PM Sydney Time your withdraw will be processed the next day.

While withdrawals are processed promptly by us, it can take up to a day for you to receive your funds depending on the financial institution involved.

It is important to note that you can only withdraw funds that have been turned over from wagering. Any amounts that have not been turned over will not be able to be withdrawn. Further details can be found here (link)

PayID

All PlayUp customers are enrolled and eligible for instant PayID withdrawals for up to $10,000 per day.

PlayUp will automatically enrol every customer for PayID instant withdrawals after two withdrawals being processed through Direct Deposits.
